About Deductibles

In case of an accident, you are responsible for the deductible amount not covered by insurance.

  • Vehicle repair: ¥150,000 deductible
  • Glass, tires, lost keys, etc.: actual cost separately

These deductibles can be waived by opting into the CDW (full coverage) plan below.

NOC Waiver (Minivan ¥770/day / Standard ¥550/day)

If an accident or breakdown requires repair or cleaning, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) applies — normally ¥20,000 if the vehicle is drivable, ¥50,000 if towing is required.

Enrolling in the NOC Waiver (minivan ¥770/day, standard car ¥550/day) waives this charge.

CDW Full Coverage (Minivan ¥2,200/day / Standard ¥1,650/day)

On top of basic coverage, CDW covers the deductibles for vehicle and property damage down to ¥0. Drive with confidence, even on long trips or unfamiliar roads.

* Drunk driving, intentional incidents, or contract violations are not covered.
