How to use our service

01Reservation

Reservations are accepted via our website form or by phone (050-3363-7144). Web reservations take about 1 minute if available.

02Arrival Day (Airport Pickup)

Upon arrival at Naha Airport, please contact us via LINE / WhatsApp / SMS. We also accept calls at 050-3363-7144, but it may be difficult to connect during busy periods.

  • We will pick you up at Bus Stop No. 14 at the Naha Airport Domestic Terminal 1F.
  • Please contact us immediately after retrieving your checked baggage.

Travel time to the airport is about 5 minutes, but please note that wait times may increase during airport congestion.

03Procedures at the Store

You will depart after signing the rental agreement at our store (N Rent-A-Car Naha Airport Branch).

04Return

Free shuttle service to Naha Airport or Yui Rail Akamine Station is available after return. Please return with a full tank (payment at our set rate is also possible).

05Departure to Return

N Rent-A-Car Naha Airport Branch offers quick access to both the airport and the expressway! Located on Route 331 (Oroku Bypass), it's easy to reach central Naha, Senagajima, Ashibinaa Outlet Mall, iias Okinawa Toyosaki, and other nearby attractions. For those heading to the northern or central parts of Okinawa, you can use the Nakachi IC on the Naha Airport Expressway (free) to avoid Naha city traffic and seamlessly connect to the Okinawa Expressway toward Okinawa City and Nago.

Important Notes for Return

  • Free shuttle service to Naha Airport or Yui Rail Akamine Station is available after return.
  • If you have a flight immediately after return, please allow ample time.
  • One-way rental (drop-off) is not available. Please return the vehicle to our branch.
  • Please return with a full tank of fuel. Payment at our branch's set rate is also possible.
  • We will check the vehicle's condition upon return.
